TREAT DELHI AS ONE !!

Going about various places in Delhi, i always wonder why is there so much of disparity and variation in the way the whole Delhi looks?? Why is it that the places where ministers and digitories reside are so very well maintained and the rest of the places doesn't really give a feeling that we are living in the capital?Isn't it the duty of the administration of to strike a balance and give the whlole Delhi wholesome similar look?The Government might have succeded in overcoming the air pollution through CNG Drive but water and land pollution still prevails...The blocked drains and over filled dustbins on the road side gives a feeling of disgust and embarrasment every time my bus crosses from Katwaria sarai in South Delhi. I agree the fault lies on both sides ie. We The Citizens who spread litter as well the Government authorities who delay in clearing up that litter but the transformation could only be brought if the authorities realise that not only the VIP places and locations of Delhi are important to be maintained but also the other parts of Delhi as well where rest of the population is living and this need to kept clean and tidy as well.
Hence forth extra efforts need to be put in by us and majorly by the Government authorities in order to keep the whole Delhi Clean, Green and Tidy.
